You can contact us directly any time but take some time and read through the frequently asked questions on our website. If you have requested a quote already and you have some queries on that quote or your itinerary kindly contact our customer support or travel agent directly.

  • Do I have to book a certain amount of time before I intend to travel?

If booking online, you will need to make your booking at least 24 hours before you want your taxi driver to come and pick you up. Need your cab or minibus to arrive in less than 24 hours? No problem: just give us a call so we can sort it out over the phone.

  • You have asked for my flight number. Why is that?

If you have booked an airport taxi, we ask for your flight number during the booking process so that we can monitor your flight and reschedule it if it is delayed. As long as you have given us your flight number, these reschedulings will be done automatically by us and you won't have to pay a penny.

  • How can I pay for my taxi ride? What if I don't have cash on me?

You can pay the driver in cash if you want to. But, if you prefer, you can pay by card or paypal when you book online. Our payment system is totally secure. We can also take card payments in advance over the phone.

  • How will I know where my driver is when they come and pick me up?

Your driver will always park in the most convenient location possible. They will contact you to tell you where they are and what type of vehicle they are driving so that you will recognise them. If you would like a meet and greet service at the airport, please get in touch with us and please note that a fee may apply.

  • Can I open a company account with you?

Of course, we love to work with companies. Send us a message online using our booking form and we will call you within 24 hours.
